Subject: HOA Board of Directors Election 2022

Pursuant to the Declaration and By-Laws of the Symphony Village at Centreville HOA, this serves as the formal “Call for Nominations” for two (2) new directors to the Board. The Board positions of Pat Fox and Patrick Ways are expiring in December 2022. Positions on the HOA Board are for a term of two (2) years. The new positions will be voted on at the Annual Meeting of Members scheduled for Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at 6:00 p.m.; or in advance by Proxy Ballot, which you will be receiving. The results of this election will be announced as soon as they become available.

This form serves as your opportunity to submit a Nomination for a homeowner or homeowners whom you feel are well suited for these positions. A Homeowner may nominate himself/herself or any other Homeowner. All Nominations will be kept private until all candidates have been contacted and validated. Nominations must be submitted by the end of business day (4:00pm) on Wednesday, September 21, 2022.
