Greetings Symphony Village Residents,

You must submit an EMF (Exterior Modification Form) and have approval from the Covenants Committee, before proceeding with any exterior modifications. If you do not follow the rules you stand a chance of a fine and/or being asked to remove your exterior modification at your expense. Going forward these rules will be enforced.
