WELCOME PROCOM ON-BOARD - JULY 1, 2022

The Symphony Village Board just approved a 6-month contract with ProCom Inc. to provide property management services for our community. This can be approved on a 12 month basis annually thereafter. They will start on July 1, 2022 and hire our current staff who will remain on-site and continue their management and maintenance responsibilities for us.

Why hire ProCom?

• A 32-year-old company providing senior professional property managers
• Manages over 50 HOA’s
• Has managed SV finances for 6 years 2017-2022
• Will oversee and advise SV staff
• Provides regular staff training
• Responsiveness to their client – the SV HOA
• Ensure maintenance of SV HOA services
• In event of extended staff absence will provide temporary staffing
• In event of staff departure will recruit experienced replacement

Our SV Process Remains the Same:

• Our Staff remains full time working on site
• Our SV Committees continue efforts to recommend policies and projects
• The HOA Board continues to work with management and committees
• The HOA Board decision-making process for the community remains the same

What We Gain Financially:

• The Financial Management contract is no longer necessary as service comes with new contract
• The Payroll and Benefit contract with Human Resources Inc is no longer necessary
• ProCom has reasonable company fees, over management expenses, of $1500 per month

What Will ProCom do Initially?

• Learn the full parameters of the services that Symphony Village HOA provides to our residents
• Coordinate with the HOA Board on community plans and expectations
• Evaluate our current operation and production level
• Evaluate the need for a fourth person
• Develop a management plan for more efficient operation and staff deployment
