to approve the HOA Documents.

Association Members, including the current Board of Directors, have spent four (4) years and countless hours preparing the proposed governing document amendments distributed in the voting package. Thousands of dollars have been spent on legal fees, printing, and postage.

The Board and Management continue to work hard to make the voting process easy for you.

If you have questions about the Proxy Ballot, the Board will be holding a hybrid Town Hall on Monday, June 13, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. to discuss the voting process. The Zoom link for the Town Hall is forthcoming. Residents may also join the Board of Directors in person in Concert Hall.

The Board will be available to answer questions about the voting process and navigate the Proxy Ballot. This will not be an opportunity for owners to suggest any changes to the proposed amendments, Proxy Ballot, or any other supporting documents distributed.

Community participation is the key to any successful community association. Not to mention that your participation in the Governing Document Amendment voting process is an easy way to provide feedback and get involved.

PRIZES, YES PLEASE!

Symphony Village HOA owners who complete and return their Proxy Ballot by 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 will be entered into a prize drawing. There will be several prize winners selected at an open drawing tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. in the Clubhouse Lobby.

The prize drawing will be open to all to view, but you must return your completed Proxy Ballot no later than 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 to be entered to win. The winners will be contacted individually, but all are welcome to attend the drawing.

A NON-VOTE is considered a “NO” vote.
