Irrigation repairs beginning tomorrow Friday, May 6th, 2022
The irrigation contractor, Montgomery Irrigation, will be on-site tomorrow to begin irrigation repairs. As such, please do not be alarmed if it appears sprinkler heads did not fully extend, etc.
After the repairs are completed, residents will have the opportunity to report any additional issues or concerns to the Management office during the upcoming residential irrigation “audit”.
The residential irrigation “audit” is tentatively scheduled for next Wednesday, May 11th. The “audit” provides residents with the opportunity to view the plant bed and turf zones running on their property during a conveniently scheduled timeframe. Each zone will run for approximately five (5) minutes. Residents can report any issues or concerns they see to the Management office. After the audit, any remaining repairs and adjustments will be completed. Then, the running of regular programs will begin and the irrigation season will be underway.
