Please be advised that the Covenants Committee will be holding a Virtual Covenants Committee Meeting- Tuesday,  May 3rd, 2022 at 10 am on Zoom. Once you have completed the Attendee Registration Form, a confirmation email will be sent to you with a link to join the virtual meeting.

All exterior modifications for review at the April 5th, 2022 Covenants Committee meeting should have been submitted to HOA Management one week in advance by Monday, April 26th.

As required in past years, Exterior Modification Forms are due, at a minimum, one week prior to the Covenants Committee’s monthly meeting(s). 2022 Exterior Modification Form due dates are May 30, June 27, July 25, August 29, September 26, October 24, November 28, and December 26. The earlier an EMF is submitted the better the Covenants Committee member will be prepared to present it for a vote at the Committee’s monthly meeting.
