Important Changes to how HOA Dues Payments are Processed

IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM THE HOA BOARD --

ProCom handles finances for Symphony Village including HOA dues. Please read the ProCom letter recently sent to all homeowners via US Mail as their payment process is changing on May 1st.

PLEASE CALL Fran McDonnell at 410-721-0777, x108 if you have any questions or you are not sure which of the following applies to you.

IF YOU NOW PAY BY CHECK USING THE COUPON BOOK OR YOU HAVE DIRECTED YOUR BANK TO SEND OUT PAYMENTS --

Stop using coupons and send payments to the new Axos Lockbox address. Label them with your new HOA account number.

IF YOU ARE NOW USING PROCOM’S RECURRING ACH PROGRAM --

No action is needed now if you previously submitted a written authorization to ProCom to debit your bank account every month.

IF YOU HAVE AUTOMATIC DEBIT PAYMENTS SET UP WITH "HOABANKSERVICES" (PACIFIC WESTERN BANK) --

These payments would have been set up online at the "hoabankservices" web site. They will now stop and you will likely be notified that the payment for May 1st is cancelled. You will need to set up your ProCom account with "https://procom.cincwebaxis.com" and authorize new ACH payments.

RECOMMENDED --

No matter how you pay your dues, you are strongly encouraged to set up your ProCom account with "https://procom.cincwebaxis.com". This will allow you to check your account status and receive communications from ProCom and HOA Management.
