Symphony Village Name Tag Information

Dear New and Existing Residents of Symphony Village,

As we saw in this month’s Libretto, we are doing a Name Tag Sale for the next two weeks beginning Monday, April 25, 2022, and ending on May 9, 2022.

If you are interested in ordering a name tag, please follow the instructions below. There has been a cost increase this year to $15.55 per badge. To maintain that cost, our minimum order must be at least TEN tags, before we can place an order.

To order a name tag:

1. Clearly print this information on a piece of paper:

Name: (as you want it to appear on the name tag)
EMAIL Address: (to notify you when they come in)
Backing Choice: PIN or MAGNET
(NOTE: If you have a pacemaker, you MUST choose a PIN backing)

2. Make a check out to Superior Signs:

$16.48 (includes sales tax) for one name tag;
$ 9.43 (includes sales tax) for a duplicate of the same name.

3. Put both the ordering information and the check into an envelope; label the outside of the envelope “Name Tags c/o Julia Detch”; and place the sealed envelope in the black lockbox in the Clubhouse Wall Street Room
