Greetings Symphony Village Residents:

The Associations irrigation contractor, Montgomery Irrigation, is tentatively scheduled to be onsite for the preliminary start-up of the irrigation system on Wednesday, April 13, Thursday, April 14, and Friday, April 15, weather permitting. Please do not be alarmed if you observe the system running.

The preliminary start-up involves filling the main lines with water, inspecting the system, and troubleshooting problems. The contractors will be monitoring the system closely for leaks, broken irrigation heads, areas of low pressure, and any other issues. The issues will be noted by the contractor and repairs will be completed in a timely manner.

At a later date, residents will be provided with an opportunity to view the irrigation system running in the front plant beds and turf on their property during a conveniently scheduled timeframe. Each zone will run for approximately five (5) minutes. At that time residents will be asked to report any remaining issues or concerns they observe to Management. This is referred to as the “irrigation audit.” After the audit, any remaining repairs and adjustments will be completed. Then, the running of regular programs will begin and the irrigation season will be underway.
