Dear Symphony Village Residents;

It's Springtime and many of you are eager to begin working in your yards and on the exteriors of your homes. This E-blast is a reminder that for any changes you would like to make to the exterior of your home, an Exterior Modification Form is required to be filled out and submitted to the Covenants Committee a minimum of one week before their monthly (1^st Tuesday of every month) meeting, and approved before any projects should begin. 2022 Exterior Modification Form due dates are April 25, May 30, June 27, July 25, August 29, September 26, October 24, November 28, and December 26. The earlier an EMF is submitted, the better the Covenants Committee member will be prepared in order to present it for a vote at the Committee’s monthly meeting. EMF's, instructions, and Architectural Requirements are available online or at the clubhouse front desk.
