IMPORTANT NEW INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROCOM TOWN HALL ZOOM MEETING WEDS JANUARY 19, 2022 AT 1:30PM

The Board is considering hiring ProCom – a professional property management company -- to manage Symphony Village. Since 2017 ProCom has been administering our day to day financial matters which they would continue to do. If we accept their full service proposal they will hire our staff and oversee the project and policy implementation work that the employees are currently responsible for completing.

 

The Zoom Town Hall meeting on Wednesday, Jan 19th at 1:30pm is an informational session for residents on this potential change. Scott Davis, the owner of ProCom, will present the benefits of having a professional management company. You will hear about what services they can provide. The mechanics of, and how daily operations could change, will be discussed as well as costs to the association. You will have an opportunity to ask questions of Scott and the Board. Please join us.
