Symphony Village Residents:

The Board of Directors recently announced a full-service contract with Professional Community Management, Inc. (“ProCom”) is being considered. ProCom is an accredited community association management company with offices in Millersville, MD.

The Association has contracted with ProCom since 2016 for select financial services only. The financial services include the collection and processing of monthly assessment payments, issuing checks to vendors, producing monthly financial reports, maintaining financial records for annual audit and tax purposes and more. The Board would like to invite you to join them for a Town Hall to learn more about ProCom Management:

The floor will be open for resident feedback, questions or comments after introductory comments are made.
