Symphony Village Residents:

Due to the increasing number of Covid cases the next Board of Directors Meeting scheduled for Friday, January 14th at 10:00 a.m. will be held on Zoom only as a precaution.

The meeting agenda is available on the Governance page of the official Symphony Village Website or by clicking here. Items of note on the meeting agenda include a status update on the governing document review process and summary of the recent resident feedback review. Under the New Business portion of the agenda, the Board will also discuss their consideration of entering into a full-service contract with ProCom Management in lieu of hiring a fourth staff member.

Reference materials will be available on the Governance page soon. Reference materials may include recommendations by Committees and other documents that may be considered for motions by the Board of Directors.
