Greetings Symphony Village Residents:

The Clubhouse is closed effective immediately today, Monday, January 3 due to the snowfall. The Management Office is open. However, please refrain from using the Clubhouse until the sidewalks and parking lot are cleared.

Several key points to keep in mind are as follows:

• The contractor is generally dispatched when snowfall exceeds 3 inches or with Board approval.
• In most cases, the removal will not begin until after the snow has stopped.
• The Town of Centreville is responsible for clearing all streets within the community.
• Due to the hazardous conditions on roads and walkways, please proceed with caution when walking or driving in the community. 
• Updates regarding snow removal efforts will be sent to the community as soon as they become available.

Please also note that the snowfall will be monitored frequently and consistently by Board Liaison to the Operations Committee Karen Kram and Management. If snow removal efforts are initiated, the contractor will start at the Clubhouse and then service the driveway and the walkway leading from your front door to the end of the driveway.
