Symphony Village Residents:

Several homeowners have expressed concern regarding Article 7.1 (i) in the redlined draft (lines 250 – 260) of the proposed Bylaw changes, specifically relating to the use of the term ‘attorney-in-fact’.

The Board has updated the Q&A from the September 28, 2021 Town Hall posted on the official community website with a response to this inquiry. The Q&A can be viewed or downloaded by clicking here.

The language in Article 7.1 (i) was included in the redlined version of the proposed Bylaws as recommended by counsel. The redlined version was posted on the website and distributed to the community electronically on August 27, 2021. A recording of the Town Hall with feedback from counsel can be found on the website by clicking here.
