2022 Board of Directors Position Opening for One Year – Volunteer!

This is an invitation to all residents to consider filling a Board vacancy this year. At the December 1 Homeowners’ Association (HOA) annual meeting this year a Board of Director member, Pat Ways, will resign for health reasons. There will be one-year remaining on his three-year term. The Board would like to fill that one-year term with a transparent process.

 

To fill a vacancy due to a resignation, the HOA’s current Bylaws state the “successor shall promptly be selected by the remaining members of the Board, whether said remaining members constitute a quorum or not, and shall serve for the unexpired term of his/her predecessor." We need volunteer candidates!

 

We invite all residents interested in serving on the Board for this one-year term to inform us of their interest. Please include a paragraph about your background and email your information to Board@PROTECTED.
