Aeration & Overseeding

Greetings Symphony Village Residents:

 

Level Green Landscaping (LGL) is tentatively scheduled to start aeration of the residential and common area turf and the overseeding of the residential turf only on Tuesday, October 26th through approximately Wednesday, November 3rd, weather permitting.  

 

The common area and the residential turf will be aerated. Grass seed will ONLY be applied to the residential turf areas.

 

As you may be aware, the Board approved a proposal from Level Green Landscaping to aerate both the common area and residential turf, overseed the residential turf only, apply lime to adjust the soil pH as needed and put down topsoil and seed in several areas throughout the community. This project was recommended by the Landscape and Irrigation Committee on October 19th and approved by the Board at the meeting today, Friday, October 22nd.

 

Dates for the topsoil, lime and fertilizer application are forthcoming.

 

The dates above are pending weather conditions. Notifications will be sent for any scheduling changes.
