Clubhouse HVAC Update

Greetings Symphony Village Residents,

 

As you may be aware, the HVAC system servicing the card room, craft room, and billiards room reached the end of its lifespan in late June. In July, the Board approved a proposal from the Association’s HVAC contractor and original installer, Northern Bay Environmental, to replace two (2) HVAC systems, both of which were original to the building.

 

The second HVAC system approved for replacement serviced the management office, wall street room, and lobby area and was thought to be running on borrowed time. After showing signs of an issue yesterday it was confirmed that this system has also reached the end of its lifespan. 

 

Northern Bay Environmental started work today, Tuesday, August, 10th, 2021 Please note, this work will not affect the use of the Clubhouse.
