Clubhouse HVAC Notice

Greetings Symphony Village Residents,

Today, Monday, June 28th, the HVAC unit servicing the Card Room, Craft Room and Billiard Room reached the end of its lifespan. The HVAC Contractor was onsite to investigate this morning and confirmed that a new unit will need to be installed. Steps are being taken to keep these areas as comfortable as possible but the temperature variations may be noticeable. Your patience is appreciated and additional information is forthcoming.
