Greetings Symphony Village Residents,

Due to the dry conditions, the irrigation system is scheduled to run tomorrow, Thursday, May 20^th between the hours of 4:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. in the residential turf zones. It is scheduled to run in the residential plant beds and common area zones on Friday, May 21^st between the hours of 4:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.

Please note that the irrigation contractor, Montgomery Irrigation, is scheduled to be onsite completing additional repairs tomorrow, Thursday, May 20^th and Friday, May 21^st. As such, please do not be alarmed if it appears sprinkler heads did not fully extend, etc.

The residential irrigation “audit” is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, May 27th. The “audit” provides residents with the opportunity to view the plant bed and turf zones running on their property during a conveniently scheduled timeframe. Each zone will run for approximately five (5) minutes. Residents can report any issues or concerns they see to the Management office. After the audit, any remaining repairs and adjustments will be completed. Then, the running of regular programs will begin and the irrigation season will be underway.
