Irrigation Update

Greetings Symphony Village Residents,

Montgomery Irrigation is tentatively scheduled to be onsite starting tomorrow, Thursday, May 6th, to begin charging the irrigation system with water. As such, please do not be alarmed if you observe the irrigation system running in the upcoming days.

The irrigation season starts when the contractor begins filling the system with water and inspecting all lines for any problems or breaks that require repair. At a later date, following the system start-up, residents are provided with an opportunity to view the plant bed and turf zones running on their property during a conveniently scheduled timeframe. Each zone will run for approximately five (5) minutes. Residents can report any issues or concerns they see to the Management office. This is referred to as the “irrigation audit.” After the audit, any remaining repairs and adjustments will be completed. Then, the running of regular programs will begin and the irrigation season will be underway.

Dates and run times will be published as soon as they become available.
