Landscape Services Update - Friday, March 26th

Greetings Symphony Village Residents:

The windy conditions today, Friday, March 26th, affected the landscape crews’ ability to make progress on the landscape services currently underway.

Level Green Landscaping (LGL) will be onsite tomorrow, Saturday, March 27th in an effort to ensure that chemicals are absorbed by the weekend of April 3rd and 4th. They plan to finish the first Turf Application in Zone One and begin the treatment in Zone Two. Additional progress will be made on the Spring Edging Services.

The application will continue being conducted over the remaining zones left in the four (4) day period. Application zones outlined in red, blue, purple and orange on the map below correspond with each of the four (4) days. The application of the treatment will be conducted in one (1) zone each day and is tentatively scheduled as follows:

DAY ONE (RED): Saturday, March 27th (Scheduled to finish)    

DAY TWO (BLUE): Saturday, March 27th (Tentatively scheduled to finish)

DAY THREE (PURPLE): Monday, March 29th (Tentatively scheduled to begin)

DAY FOUR (ORANGE): Tuesday, March 30th (Tentatively scheduled to begin)

Please note that this is the first chemical application in the 2021 Landscape Service Contract. As such, it is a combination of fertilizer, weed and pre-emergent treatment. The application will be both granular and liquid. Areas will be flagged as the treatment is applied. The flags will be removed in a timely manner to indicate the areas in which the treatment has fully absorbed. Please note that the unflagged areas may be utilized to walk pets until the treatment has fully absorbed. Chemical Information Sheets are available to residents upon request.

Please note that the dates are pending weather conditions. Mulching of the community entrances and front areas around the Clubhouse will continue on Monday, March 29th.

Residential Front Beds are tentatively scheduled for the mulching service beginning the week of April 5th.

Notice will be sent for any scheduling changes.
