Greetings Symphony Village Residents,

As you may be aware, an annual review of the Terms of Reference has been held with the Board of Directors, Committee Chairs and Vice-Chairs for the past several years. At the request of the Board, residents are now invited to observe the virtual review of the Association’s Terms of Reference Document. The review will be facilitated by former Board Member, Arlyn Marshall and is scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, February 10^th at 10:00 a.m. via Zoom.  The Terms of Reference document outlines the workings of the Committees and their roles in the Association. The Committee Chairs and Vice-Chairs will be taking part in the Terms of Reference Review and will be able to ask questions during the session. Residents in attendance will be asked to hold their questions until the end, at which time you may ask a question by either raising your hand or entering it into the Q&A located at the bottom of the conference screen.
