Earlier this month, we rolled out the first phase of changes to our Website. The second phase, rolled out this morning, resulted in additional changes primarily in the Governance section of the Website:

• Home Page has a Suggestion Box – The Board would like your ideas, suggestions and comments on how to make our wonderful Community even better. You will find a Suggestion Box icon at the top of the page to launch a Suggestion Form. Subject and Message are required, but Name and Email fields are totally optional. Suggestions will be shared with the Board Members and possibly Village Management where appropriate. General responses will appear periodically in the Libretto. Please note that there will also be a physical Suggestion Box located in the Wall Street room at the Clubhouse if you would prefer to submit a written suggestion.
• New Budget & Finance Webpage – Provides easy access to SV Budgets, Financial Information, Committee agendas and minutes. Find it in the Committee section of the Home Page.
• Updates to Governance Webpages - Information has been organized onto several new webpages, including a Board Minutes page; a Contracts & Studies page; a Forms & Community Documents page; a Committees page; and a Committee Meeting Minutes Page. Please note that some pages that you may have bookmarked in the past are no longer there (sorry!).
• Recent & Upcoming Committee Meeting Agendas – In order to provide transparency to the Community, the Board plans to publish upcoming Committee Meeting Agendas five days in advance of each meeting. These agendas will reside on a new webpage that will be found in the Committee section of the Home Page. Agendas will remain posted until Meeting Minutes are published.

With these redesigned webpages, we hope to make our website easier to read and easier to find specific information.
