Greetings Symphony Village Residents,

This is a reminder that the option to opt-out of all front bed services will be available for the 2021 landscape season per the opt-out procedure enacted previously. The front bed services include shrub pruning, weeding, edging, mulching, fertilization and chemical application. To opt-out you must complete and submit a front bed service opt-out form to the Management office no later than Monday, January 4, 2021. Please note that if you choose to opt-out of the front bed services, no contracted front bed landscape services will be completed during the 2021 season.

The online opt-out form is available on the official Symphony Village Website. Hard copies are available at the Clubhouse. Completed, hard-copy forms may be returned to the Management office at the front desk, by email to ea@PROTECTED by fax to 410-758-8609 or via postal mail to 100 Symphony Way, Centreville, MD 21617.

In order to maintain a cohesive appearance throughout the community, the 2021 opt-out procedure will exclude the option to opt-out of contracted turf services. The turf services include mowing, fertilization and weed treatments/chemical applications. Residents may, however, contract an outside service to complete additional turf treatments at their expense.
