Greetings Symphony Village Residents,

The Fall Foliage has brought out some remarkable colors all over the community this season. A special thank you to all homeowners and volunteers who help make Symphony Village a beautiful and safe place to call home.

As the seasons are changing, a few friendly reminders to keep in mind are below.

• Trash and Recycling containers must be removed from the curb and stored in the garage by dusk on the day of collection (Wednesday.) In addition, the containers should not be placed at the curb prior to dusk the day before pickup (Tuesday.)

• The last day for Yard Waste pick-up this year will be Monday, December 18^th. Yard Waste may not be placed curbside more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled pick up.

• Please turn off the lights before leaving the Clubhouse at night. This includes the lobby chandeliers.
   
• Please turn off the propane after using a grill in the common area.
  
   
• Please keep a baggie with you when on a walk with a pet and clean up after them immediately. Taking the extra step helps promote a clean and safe community for all residents.
   
• When parking a vehicle or when you have visitors, please do not block or impede the common area sidewalks and/or other driveways in the community.
  
   
• Political signs can remain on display for seven (7) days after an election. Kindly remove applicable signage when that period of time expires.

Be mindful of traffic signs and remember:

• The Speed Limit in Symphony Village is 25 MPH.

• When approaching the traffic circles, please YIELD for traffic within the circle.

• Please come to a full stop at all STOP signs.
