Symphony Village HOA Residents,

As you may be aware, there will be three (3) vacant positions for the Symphony Village HOA Board of Directors effective December 2020. The three (3) year terms for Bob Nilsson, Arlyn Marshall and Joe Brown are expiring and the positions will be filled by an election at the December Board Meeting. Candidate Information Forms (CIFs) for the six (6) candidates running for the Board can be viewed on the community website by clicking here. The Meet the Candidates Forums are scheduled to be held Tuesday, October 27^th at 10:00 a.m. and Thursday, October 29^th at 6:30 p.m. via Zoom. The “Meet the Candidates” forums provide residents with the opportunity to question those running for the board. The forums are facilitated by the Nominating Committee formally appointed by the Board of Directors in accordance with the Association’s Governing Documents.

Instructions and additional information as it relates to the forums are forthcoming.

The CIFs will also be published in the October Libretto. A hard copy of the CIFs will be available at the Management Office upon request and will also be included in the Notice of the Annual Meeting mailer along with the Proxy Ballots which will be mailed on or before October 30, 2020.
