Common Area Aeration & Overseeding

Symphony Village Residents,

Level Green Landscaping will be completing the aeration and overseeding in the common areas only beginning Tuesday, October 6th.

The aeration and overseeding of all common area turf will be completed over a period of approximately two (2) days. The zones outlined in yellow and red on the map below correspond with each of the two (2) days. Please note that the outlined zones are approximate and may not encompass all common area turf. The aeration and overseeding will be completed in approximately one (1) zone each day and is tentatively scheduled for the following dates:

DAY ONE (RED): Tuesday, October 6th

DAY TWO (YELLOW): Wednesday, October 7th

The dates above are pending weather conditions. Notice will be sent with any scheduling changes and/or zone updates.
