Greetings Symphony Village Residents,
Activity Request Forms can now be submitted on the official Symphony Village HOA website by clicking here. Residents can also visit the homepage of the website where the Activity Request Form page is now listed in the left-hand column. To use, please click to answer a simple question, enter the requested data and then click, "Submit". The form is automatically sent to Management and you will receive an acknowledgment via e-mail. After submission, your activity/event will be added to the Symphony Village HOA Master Calendar. You will be promptly contacted by Management directly if there is a scheduling conflict.
The use of the online activity request form is encouraged. By introducing this process, the goal is to improve efficiency and become more environmentally friendly all while keeping the health and safety of residents and staff as a top priority. Requests are now being accepted for activities/events through September 30, 2020.
Please note that the Interim Rules and Regulations apply to all activities/events. The Interim Rules and Regulations can be viewed by clicking here or by visiting the official Symphony Village HOA website at www.symphonyvillage.net.
As this system continues to be fine-tuned, please be patient while necessary adjustments and additional improvements are made during this soft launch.
