Greetings Symphony Village Residents,

The Board and Management continue to consult with the Association’s attorney and insurance provider while monitoring COVID-19 Pandemic closely. The overall health, safety and well-being of the community has been, and will continue to be, paramount.

This is a reminder that much of the governmental guidance relating to the COVID-19 Pandemic is released in a way that provides little-to-no forewarning to all those on the receiving end. A few of the many considerations being taken by the Board and Management as it relates to the operation and reopening of the Clubhouse and/or pools, in no particular order, are as follows:

• Governmental orders and guidance
• Balancing the difference of opinions throughout the community
• The potential for liability resulting in financial impact
• Enforceability of gathering and social distancing restrictions
• The safety and health of residents and staff
• The capability of the three (3) staff members to enforce restrictions in addition to completing critical functions required to facilitate the day to day operations
• Implementation of more frequent cleaning and sanitation for indoor and outdoor surfaces
