Greetings Symphony Village Residents,
This is a reminder that in accordance with the Maryland Homeowners Association Act and the state statute, political signs can be displayed on lots 30 days before the primary election, general election or vote on a proposition. Signs must be removed no more than 7 days after the primary election, general election or vote on a proposition. Any sign posted shall not hinder mowing or any landscape services.
In accordance with the Association’s Governing Documents, contractor signs or any signs except for entrance, street or directional signs are not permitted to be displayed to public view on any Lot or the Common Area without written consent.
