Greetings Symphony Village Residents:
Due to the forecasted rain on Thursday April 9th, Level Green Landscaping is tentatively scheduled to be on site tomorrow, Wednesday, April 8th to complete the first mowing. The mowing has been rescheduled for tomorrow due to the heavy rains now forecasted for Thursday, April 9th. If it rains overnight tonight, the mowing may be moved back to Thursday, weather permitting and depending on ground saturation. The constantly changing weather forecast is be monitored closely.
Please be assured that mowing is a top priority following the completion of the turf fertilization and pre-emergent application. The possibility of ruts in the turf, as a result of the first mowing being completed when the ground is saturated, is also being taken into consideration. Please continue to be patient with Level Green Landscaping as they continue to familiarize themselves with the property.
This is a reminder that the Town of Centreville picks up Yard Waste every Monday morning from March through December. Please note that yard waste/trash/debris is not to be disposed of in any of the common areas around Symphony Village or on Taylor Mill Road.
