Greetings Symphony Village Residents:

At the March 6, 2020 Board of Directors meeting the Board voted to approve and adopt an updated Terms of Reference document. The updated document may be viewed on the community website or by clicking here. The redlined version of the document showing the approved and adopted changes may be accessed by clicking here. Hard copies of both versions of the document may also be viewed in a binder at the Management Office.

At the March 6, 2020 meeting the Board also approved the following recommendations proposed by the Covenants Committee:

  • An updated community paint color binder, now known as the “Exterior Paint Portfolio”. The Exterior Paint Portfolio is available for viewing at the Management Office.
  • A list of three (3) replacement pole light fixtures that can now be approved by the General Manager. The list of acceptable replacement pole light fixtures and colors is available on the website by clicking here and at the Management Office.
  • Administrative changes to the Exterior Modification Form for clarification purposes. The updated form is available on the website by clicking here and at the Management Office.
