Symphony Village Name Tag Drive

March 6 – March 30, 2020

Dear Neighbors, as promised, we will be doing a SV Name Tag Sale during the month of March.  We will be working with a new resource who has assured me that his tags will look like our current tags.  If you are interested in ordering, please follow the instructions below.  Please note that in order to maintain the cost of $14 per tag (not including tax); our minimum order must be for no less than ten (10) tags.  Thank you!

To order a name tag:

1.    Clearly print this information on a piece of paper:

         Name: (as you want it to appear on the name tag)

         EMAIL Address: (to notify you when they come in)

         Backing Choice: PIN or MAGNET

(NOTE: If you have a pacemaker, you MUST choose a PIN backing)

2.    Make a check out to Superior Signs:

         $14.84 (includes sales tax) for one name tag;

$8.48 (includes sales tax) for a duplicate of the same name.  

3.    Put both the ordering information and the check into an envelope; label the outside of the envelope “Name Tags c/o Julia Detch”; and place the sealed envelope into the black lock box in the Wall Street Room at the Clubhouse.
