Symphony Village Residents,

An overview of the Symphony Village HOA Terms of Reference (ToR) document will be held Friday, March 13, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the Concert Hall and via Zoom.

The ToR document outlines the role committees and other groups play in the community and includes various committee and Association policies and procedures. The document is available on the Governance page of the community website or by clicking here.

Former Board members Nancy Emerick (2022–2024) and Carol Peed (2023–2025) have graciously agreed to facilitate this year’s overview session, which will include a brief presentation and Q&A.

Following the session, committee principals are asked to review the sections relevant to their committee at their next scheduled meeting. Feedback or suggested changes may be shared if deemed necessary; however, no formal review or revision process has been initiated. Any updates would be at the discretion of the Board with notice provided to the community in advance.
