Due to the snowfall, the Clubhouse is closed until the parking lots and access sidewalks can be safely cleared by the Association’s snow removal contractor, Chester River Landscaping (CRL). For your safety, please do not attempt to access the Clubhouse, parking lots, or surrounding sidewalks while the closure is in effect.

Once these areas have been cleared and hazardous conditions are addressed, the Clubhouse will reopen.

Please note that the Board of Directors is responsible for the overall financial health of the Association, which must be considered when making decisions regarding snow removal and ice treatment. Typically, snow removal is authorized when accumulation on hard surfaces reaches three (3) inches or more.

Because conditions vary throughout the community and resident safety remains the priority, the Board will continue assessing conditions, measuring snowfall on hard surfaces, and monitoring weather forecasts in conjunction with Management. Residents will be notified if snow removal efforts are extended to residential areas.

The Town of Centreville is responsible for clearing streets within the community. Queen Anne’s County is responsible for clearing Taylor Mill Road.

If you must leave your home, please exercise extreme caution and use discretion when walking or driving within the community. Sidewalks, driveways, and asphalt may be slick and/or icy in many areas.
