Winter Weather Update – Clubhouse Closed & Snow Removal Efforts

Symphony Village HOA Residents,

Due to current winter weather conditions, the Clubhouse is closed until hazardous conditions can be mitigated. For your safety, please do not attempt to access the Clubhouse, parking lots, or surrounding sidewalks while the closure remains in effect.

The Association’s contractor, Chester River Landscaping, will begin snow removal efforts at the Clubhouse and will start clearing residential driveways throughout the community in the coming hours. The contractor will also clear and treat residential leadwalks. Please be patient as crews work their way through the community.

As a friendly reminder, the Town of Centreville is responsible for clearing the streets within the community, while Queen Anne’s County is responsible for clearing Taylor Mill Road.

If you must leave your home, please exercise extreme caution and use discretion when walking or driving within the community. Sidewalks, driveways, and asphalt may be slick and/or icy in many areas.
