Attention Residents:

Thank you to all of the volunteer pool operators, both past and present, for their assistance in monitoring the pools and spa. Your volunteerism helps to keep the cost of the pool maintenance contract down and offers peace of mind to those using the pool and spa.

We are looking for some new volunteers. 

This is not a complex or involved task. It is really rather easy, but very important to the state of the pool and spa. The primary responsibility of the pool operators is to take chemical readings on weekends and holidays. The chemicals themselves are added by an automatic feeder, so no worries there.

When it comes to volunteer pool operators, the more certified volunteers there are, the fewer the dates each volunteer will be asked to cover. So, the more the better. 

To support this effort, the Association’s contractor, Anchor Aquatics, will be offering a Pool Operator Certification Course with both online and in-person components at the clubhouse:

• Wednesday, February 18: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (online and in person)

• Friday, February 20: 9:00 a.m. – approximately 12:00 p.m. (in person)

Both course dates must be completed, in order to become certified.

If you use the pools and/or spa, becoming a certified pool operator is a great educational opportunity and a meaningful way to support the community.
