Clubhouse to Reopen at 4 PM on Saturday, December 20

Symphony Village HOA Residents,

Due to today’s wind and rain, the Clubhouse roof replacement is now scheduled to be completed tomorrow, Saturday, December 20. As such, the Clubhouse will reopen at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 20, instead of today.

This delay should not impact the Social Hour scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. Saturday evening.

Please note that roofing crews may still be onsite after 4:00 pm Saturday and briefly on Sunday, December 21, to complete final cleanup and any remaining items. Residents are asked to be mindful of any equipment, tools, and workers when accessing the Clubhouse over the weekend, as necessary.

The boiler replacement remains on schedule, and heat in the Clubhouse is expected to be restored today, Friday, December 19, barring any unforeseen circumstances. Crews will continue work in the pool pump room into next week to finalize the project. 

Additional notice will be provided if there are any further changes.
