Attention Symphony Village Residents,

Two critical projects are scheduled to take place the week of December 15:

1. The replacement of the Clubhouse boiler (original to the building, which is the key component to the heating system). This work has begun and is in process. There is currently no heat, no water and there are no available restrooms in the Clubhouse. 

2. The replacement of the Clubhouse roof (weather permitting). This work is to begin Tuesday, December 16 and is still expected to be completed or be close to completion by Friday, December 19. If any work continues after this time, the work will be in isolated areas, and the Clubhouse will still reopen. 

For the safety of residents, the Clubhouse will be closed from 8:00 am on Monday, December 15 through approximately 4:00 pm on Friday, December 19. Do not enter the Clubhouse during this time. Management will provide updates regarding the progression and completion of this work.

It is understood that this temporary closure may cause inconvenience. Your patience is greatly appreciated while these essential upgrades are completed, which will help ensure the Clubhouse remains comfortable and reliable for years to come.

Please also note that crews may work outside of standard business hours to keep the projects on schedule. As always, dates and times are subject to change due to weather, permitting, or other unforeseen circumstances.
