Symphony Village HOA Residents,
Due to inclement weather, the Clubhouse is closed until the parking lots and access sidewalks can be safely cleared by the Association’s snow removal contractor, Chester River Landscaping (CRL), once precipitation has stopped. For your safety, please do not attempt to access the Clubhouse, parking lots, or surrounding sidewalks while the closure is in effect.
Once the areas are clear, and hazardous conditions have been addressed, the Clubhouse will be open until Monday, December 15 at 8:00 am.
Please note that the Board of Directors is responsible for the overall financial health of the Association, which must be considered when making decisions regarding snow removal and ice treatment. The Board of Directors, Management, and CRL will continue to monitor weather conditions, measure snowfall, and assess the potential for icing, as temperatures are forecasted to remain below freezing.
Typically, snow removal is authorized when accumulation on hard surfaces reaches 3 inches or more. However, under extenuating circumstances—such as ice or sleet accumulation or extended freezing temperatures—the Board may use its discretion to authorize services. Residents will be notified if snow removal and/or ice treatment efforts are extended to residential areas.
The Town of Centreville is responsible for clearing the streets within the community. Queen Anne’s County is responsible for clearing Taylor Mill Road.
Several key points to keep in mind are as follows:
Thank you for your attention. Stay safe and warm!
Sincerely,
Symphony Village HOA Management
