Attention Symphony Village HOA Residents,

Two critical projects are scheduled to take place the week of December 15:

1. The replacement of the Clubhouse boiler (original to the building, which is the key component to the heating system). 

2. The replacement of the Clubhouse roof (weather permitting).

Since the boiler will be offline during this replacement, there will be no heat or water in the building, and therefore, no bathrooms.

For the safety of residents as roofing crews work around the building, the Clubhouse will be closed from 8:00 am on Monday, December 15 through approximately 4:00 pm on Friday, December 19. Do not enter the Clubhouse during this time. Management will provide updates regarding the progression and completion of this work.

The roofing contractor will be working today, Friday, December 12 doing prep work for the roof replacement. Please be aware of contractor vehicles and workers at the Clubhouse. You may also hear some banging. Do not be alarmed. 

It is understood that this temporary closure may cause inconvenience. Your patience is greatly appreciated while these essential upgrades are completed, which will help ensure the Clubhouse remains comfortable and reliable for years to come.

Please also note that crews may work outside of standard business hours to keep the projects on schedule. As always, dates and times are subject to change due to weather, permitting, or other unforeseen circumstances.
