Symphony Village HOA Residents,

As many turn their attention to the upcoming holidays, several critical projects to keep the Clubhouse comfortable, and well-maintained, in preparation for the winter season and beyond are scheduled for the week of December 15. During the week of December 15, barring any unforeseen circumstances, two critical projects are scheduled to be completed: the replacement of the Clubhouse boiler—original to the building and the key component of the heating system—and the replacement of the Clubhouse roof, weather permitting.

Since the boiler will be offline during replacement (no heat or hot water in the building) and for the safety of residents as roofing crews work around the building, the Clubhouse is scheduled to be closed from 8:00 am on Monday, December 15 through approximately 4:00 pm on Friday, December 19. It is understood that this temporary closure may cause inconvenience. Your patience is greatly appreciated while these essential upgrades are completed, which will help ensure the Clubhouse remains comfortable and reliable for years to come.

Please also note that crews may work outside of standard business hours to keep the projects on schedule. As always, dates and times are subject to change due to weather, permitting, or other unforeseen circumstances.
