The next Board of Directors Meeting and the Annual Meeting of the Members will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at 6:00 PM, both via Zoom and in person at the Clubhouse (100 Symphony Way, Centreville, MD 21617).

The meeting agendas are available below and online. All reference materials—including the annual meeting notice, absentee proxy and ballot, candidate information forms, and the proposed 2026 Operating Budget—are posted on the Governance page of the official Symphony Village website. Owners are encouraged to review the mailer and voting instructions thoroughly and remember that the absentee proxy may be completed regardless of whether you plan to attend the meeting. If you are unable to attend for any reason, including a last-minute schedule change, completing both the absentee proxy and ballot will ensure your vote is valid.
