Greetings Symphony Village Residents,

The option to opt out of all front bed services at your home is now available for the 2026 landscape season.

Front bed services provided under the Association’s landscape contract include (but are not limited to):

• Spring edging of the front bed
• Spring mulching of the front bed (including fertilization and weed treatment applied during mulching)
• Pruning of seasonally appropriate plant material in the front beds (spring and fall)

If you choose to opt out, no contracted front bed services will be performed at your home during the 2026 season.

Completed forms must be submitted to the Management Office no later than Wednesday, January 21, 2026.

If you prefer a paper copy of the form, you can:

Please note:
To maintain a cohesive appearance throughout the community, turf services cannot be opted out of. Turf services include mowing, fertilization, and weed/chemical applications for both residential and common areas.

Residents may, however, choose to hire an outside service for additional turf treatments at their own expense.
