Subject: HOA Board of Directors Election – 2025
Pursuant to the Declaration and Bylaws of the Symphony Village at Centreville HOA, this message serves as the formal Call for Nominations for three (3) directors to the Board. The terms of Board members Steve Nelson, Carol Peed, and Dave Mason will expire in December 2025. Positions on the HOA Board are for a term of two (2) years.
The election will take place at Annual Meeting of Members, scheduled for Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. Homeowners may also vote in advance by submitting an Absentee Proxy and Ballot, which will be provided prior to the meeting. Election results will be announced as soon as they are available.
This nomination process gives homeowners the opportunity to nominate themselves or another homeowner who they believe is well-suited to serve on the Board and represent the community—someone who demonstrates respect for others and has shown the ability to work effectively as part of a team. All nominations will remain confidential until all candidates have been contacted and confirmed.
Deadline for Submission:
Nominations must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, September 22, 2025.
