Turf Restoration by Talkie Communications
Symphony Village HOA Residents,
As you may be aware, much of the sod installed by Talkie Communications following recent construction activities has not withstood the summer heat. Fortunately, Talkie has agreed to replace the sod when weather conditions are more favorable, likely in September.
No additional sod will be installed until that time. In the meantime, areas where work is being completed will be temporarily restored using topsoil, seed, and straw. Residents are encouraged to water newly seeded and sodded areas on days without rain or turf irrigation, if possible, to help establish healthy turf.
Once sod installation resumes, Talkie has indicated that they will provide supplemental watering for the newly sodded areas as needed throughout the fall season.
