Dear Residents,

The irrigation system currently has two active leaks, both believed to be mainline-related. The first is located in the turf area behind the entry-side monument sign. The second, identified on August 3, 2025, is just up the hill from the asphalt walking path near Irrigation Pump 2.

To accurately locate the sources and provide comprehensive repair proposals, the affected areas must first dry out. Therefore, as of today, August 6, 2025, all of the irrigation system has been turned off in all areas.

Montgomery Irrigation will be onsite tomorrow, Thursday, August 7, 2025, to further investigate the source of the leaks.

As the leak behind the entrance-side monument sign was relatively minor, the irrigation system remained operational after the leak was initially detected to ensure that most areas continued to receive water. However, active leaks can reduce water pressure in other zones and may worsen over time, requiring further investigation and proper repair.

A community notice will be sent as soon as additional information and a timeframe for repairs become available.
