Clubhouse Gym HVAC is down

Dear Residents,

Please be advised that the HVAC system in the Clubhouse gym is currently not working. The temperature in the gym is currently around 80°F.

To help circulate cooler air into the space, the doors between the lobby and the gym will remain open. A fan will also be running in front of the doorway—please use caution when passing through this area.

We have contacted the HVAC contractor and are awaiting further updates. A follow-up email will be sent as soon as more information becomes available.
