Greetings Symphony Residents! 

It is time to begin the important process of filling (3) upcoming vacancies on the Symphony Village HOA Board of Directors, effective December 2025.

But first a few questions for us all to consider:

  • Are you happy living here in Symphony Village? For most of us, the answer is a resounding YES! 
  • Does our community maintain an aesthetically pleasing look and feel? Despite the normal—and sometimes abnormal—maintenance issues, the answer again, is probably a resounding YES! 
  • Do you feel that you have value to bring to our Board of Directors?  We hope your answer is a hugely resounding and enthusiastic YES!!!

Current and former members of the SV Board of Directors have brought a wide range of personal and professional backgrounds to the table over the years. Please consider serving your community by sharing your unique talents, skills, ideas, experiences, and willingness to collaborate with your friends and neighbors on the Board.

This year, three (3) positions need to be filled. The terms of Dave Mason, Carol Peed, and Steve Nelson are expiring. These positions will be filled through an election at the December 2025 Annual Meeting of the Members. Each term is for two years. Please consider nominating yourself or another Symphony Village homeowner for one of these important roles. Your involvement helps ensure we continue the great momentum we’ve built together.

The election process continues throughout the next several months. In the upcoming August issue of the Libretto, the Nominating Committee will provide additional details about the next steps, including how to submit a nomination. Please also watch for important updates in Libretto as well as via eBlast.
